Physical Therapist
I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2016, before going on to complete my Masters in Physical Therapy in 2018. I’ve been grateful to work in a variety of settings since becoming a physiotherapist, and have been happy to call Fort McMurray home for over a year now.
Since graduating I have completed several post-graduate courses including Level 1 of Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Functional Dry Needling (IMS/FDN), and Mulligan Upper Quadrant Mobilizations. I strive to continue learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest evidence, and will be completing my certification in Lumbar Manipulations in the fall of 2022.
My goal is to provide each client a comprehensive rehabilitation plan that includes functional exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education in order to help you return to the activities that you enjoy. I love working with people of all age ranges and abilities, and I strive to work together with my client’s to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your goals and life.
Outside of work, I enjoy leading an active lifestyle by playing hockey, going for hikes, camping and travelling as much as possible.
