I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and Honors Specialization in Kinesiology in 2015, and then went on to complete my Masters of Physical Therapy in 2017, also at the University of Western Ontario. I moved from London, Ontario to Fort McMurray in 2017 and have called it home ever since.
I believe in educating people as much as possible about their own health and condition, and then combining manual (hands on) therapy and therapeutic exercise to get them back to themselves and the things they love doing.
I have completed training to use spinal manipulation and dry needling in practice, and I often incorporate these into individual treatment plans. I value staying informed on new research and techniques so am always looking to further my own education through courses/online reading.
In my spare time I love to be outside with friends and family, and am always up to go for a run/bike or kick around a soccer ball.
